Anne Martin Jones

Anne’s attachment to San Miguel began in childhood, and years later, she left her native Texas to permanently call the city home in 1996.  Her life’s work has been in sales, first as a co-owner of The Rocking Horse children’s boutique, and culminating in premier residential real estate for the past 10 years.  Anne’s love for and knowledge of the business are perfectly suited to her delight for matching people and properties, as evidenced by the many loyal clients who bring their repeat business and referrals to CDR San Miguel.  Her easy-going style and warmth, community involvement, long-standing connections, and enthusiastic post-sale support provide her clients with a ready entrée to the San Miguel lifestyle, an invaluable service not found in every real estate company.

Claudia Nochebuena

Lived most of her life in Mexico City, where she studied fashion design, and from a very young age began working in a travel agency where she had the opportunity to travel to Canada and work for several summers as a Camp Counselor in the city of Minden, Ontario where she could have the experience of interacting with multicultural people.
She worked two years for the Presidency of AT & T in Mexico City assisting executives of the company, organizing events and agendas.
While visiting the city of San Miguel de Allende for the first time ten years ago, she was amazed for its beauty and she calls it “My little Florence”, as for her it has the same feeling and perception she got from the Italian city there years ago; since then she has always wanted to live here.
Two years later she returned To San Miguel to open a Children and Teens Olympic Gymnastics business. There she began to be acquainted to the ways of San Miguel, and while talking to her customers every day, realized the great opportunity it is to be able to enter the National and International Real Estate Market, and thus decided to change her focus and worked for two years as a Realtor in Sisal Real Estate.
She is currently collaborating with CDR, and every day realizes that to look for a home for a client or a family member, takes dedication, love and professionalism, and she believes that to sell a property you first have to feel its beauty and transfer it to your customers.
